At PerfumeAddiction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return request, or contact our customer support team with your order number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
